34/2018 (MM 2.0 Nr.62) Thema "hot"
The small pan has a diameter of about three centimetres. What's burning here is alcohol. A herb liqueur from Schlettau in the Erzgebirge of the company "Uhlig". The herbal liqueur has an alcohol content of 60%.
The following text can be found on the back of the bottle.
"Mine fire" - the burning herbs from the Ore Mountains
Just as the miner felt the fire in the mine gallery, so the contents of the bottle were named. All kinds of herbs were brought in as a fine ingredient and the "pit fire" burns as if it had just been lit. In the glass, when a match lights it, but also in the stomach, when there is fat in it. Now try it out for yourself and realize it suits every feast. The digestibility of the right herb is a secret, and is brewed only with us. - The Uhlig Family
