H.A.N.W.E. - at Schlossbergsee (Tyrol)

This large puddle with the melodious name Schlossbergsee (St. Johann in Tyrol, Austria) is only an artificial reservoir for snowmaking in winter. Because it lies at 1,080 m above sea level on the northern slope of the Kitzbüheler Horn, one can experience beautiful sunsets there, which is otherwise rather difficult in the mountains. Diese große Pfütze mit dem wohlklingenden Namen Schlossbergsee (St. Johann in Tirol, Österreich) ist nur ein künstlicher Speichersee für die Pistenbeschneiung im Winter. Weil er auf 1.080 m Seehöhe am Nordhang des Kitzbüheler Horns liegt, kann man dort allerdings wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge erleben, was im Gebirge ansonsten eher schwierig ist.
