Templehall Hotel dates back hundreds of years and sits on the path of St. Cuthbert's Way in the tranquil village of Morebattle.

History of the Morebattle
The name means dwelling on the lake. There was a lake between Morebattle and Linton which was drained and drained as part of 19th century agricultural improvements in the area.
