ALLERGY

sitting on the garden bench
I think life isn't that flowery
perfumes are dispersed
and intense
bushes with the heat smell to land or burnt resin---either
and more---
colours run through my eyes
sometimes get mixed in the brain--they
aren't so outlined as in the rainbow---
also the idea of the life's garden
isn't that flowery and perfumes
occasionally
are intolerable stinks
sitting on the garden bench
I sniff
I sneeze
I blow my nose
that's it
I'm allergic to a few smells

sentado no banco do jardim
penso que a vida não é assim tão florida
os perfumes são dispersos
e intensos
os arbustos com o calor cheiram a terra ou resina queimada---ambos
e outros---
as cores correm-me nos olhos
por vezes misturarm-se no cérebro---não
são delineadas como no arco-íris---
também a ideia do jardim da vida
não é assim tão florida e os perfumes
ocasionalmente
são intoleráveis fedores
sentado no banco do jardim
eu fungo
eu espirro
eu assoo o nariz
isso mesmo
sou alérgico a alguns cheiros
