Madagascar, Malagasy Leaf-Nosed Snake in Réserve Peyrieras Exotic
Malagasy leaf-nosed snake (Langaha madagascariensis) is found only in the warm and humid tropical deciduous forests of Madagascar.
The snake is a master of camouflage. Its brown and gray coloring makes it virtually impossible to spot among the branches.
The snake is venomous. Using its poisoned fangs, it hunts small animals such as birds, frogs, lizards, and rodents.
