Ja, Hamar war damals während der Lillehammer-Olympiade Austragungsort für Eisschnelllauf, es ist ja nur ein Stück das Tal runter.

Das hat so etwas Mystisches, alles verhüllt und doch irgendwie sichtbar.

Thanks very much, Judite! When taking photos from moving vehicles you always get a lot of rejects (that tree that suddenly is in the middle of the photo- or a tunnel;-) But everynow and then you get lucky!

Luckily the camera lens didn't focus on the window glass, and found the view behind. I really like the effect low lying mist gives to an area.

Such an atmospheric image......... the light is gorgeous and the low lying mist really adds to the mood.

The trees in the mist and the silhouetted trees in the foreground are beautiful. The picture quality is excellent.......I would never have guessed you were shooting through a dirty train window..!!

I like the image in the PiP as well. The receding mist is just as lovely and I love the light especially.

Thank you so much, Keith! With shooting out of train windows it's always hit and (most often) miss. But the atmosphere with the fog was just so great I kept clicking away and got lucky every now and then.

Ja, Heimdall bewacht die Regenbogenbrücke (Bifröst/ Asbru) und in Island gibt's übrigens einen Ort namens Bifröst;-)

Sehr schön sieht man hier den Nebel von oben, wie er sich im Tal hält. Prima Perspektive, so sieht man auch die Hügel und den blauen Himmel. Sehr gelungen durchs Fenster.

so eine Zugfahrt wäre auch etwas für mich, unterwegs gibt es die schönsten Landschaften, trotz schmutzigem Fenster sind Dir tolle Aufnahmen gelungen!

Schönen Dank, Christel! Von Trondheim nach Røros dauert es unter 3 Stunden und die Strecke hat viel zu bieten! Zugfahren in Norwegen ist problemlos, man kann online buchen, Platzreservierung ist automatisch mit dabei und auf den längeren Strecken gibt es immer einen Kaffee-und Snackautomaten, auf den ganz langen Strecken auch Speisewagen.
