Vielen Dank, Guido! Neu bauen ist wahrscheinlich günstiger als Sanieren im Bestand:-) Die Osloer Oper hat (ohne Inneneinrichtung) ca. 548 Millionen Euro gekostet.

Bei uns in Stuttgart gehen sie von mindestens 2 Milliarden für die Opernsanierung aus und es steht immer noch kein Termin fest. Man hätte es günstiger haben können, wenn man schneller zu Potte gekommen wäre. Der TÜV hat den Laden bisher nur deshalb nicht dicht gemacht, weil eine Sanierung im Raum steht, die Zustände hinter der Bühne sind unbeschreiblich!
