Thanks a lot, Amelia! It was meant to look like a mosque. Factory buildings weren't allowed in this neighbouthood so they camouflaged it. Even though it's completely different in style it reminded me of Templeton Carpet Factory in Glasgow;-)

Erstaunlich, dass das Foto noch so brillant ist, Gudrun. Ich habe die Yenidze auch von dort oben aufgenommen, aber es ist mir nicht so gut gelungen wie dir. Es ist schief, und wenn ich es richte, dann geht die Spitze vom "Minarett" verloren.

Ein schöner Blick hinüber zur Yenidze. Für mich ist das herrliche Gebäude immer mit der Zigarettensorte SALEM gelb verbunden. Unser Hausverwalter hatte diese Sorte in den 70ern geraucht.

Großen Dank, Heidi! Das war am Kongreßzentrum ganz vorne, da waren Straße und Bahnlinie und noch ein paar Häuser dazwischen, ist ein Crop;-) Da sollten wir vielleicht beim nächsten Mal direkt hin.
