I don't understand the question (or the joke?), but I was proud of myself for understanding "Ist das kunst oder..." before I had to type it into G-Translate. And, what does "Shitler" have to do with it? I assume they've just put an S in front of Hitler.

Thank you, Diane! I think you have got the solution for the SHitler! The saying "Is it art ot can it be removed" has developed out of various incidents where cleaning women cleaned/removed what was in their eyes garbage. One of the most famous incidents was Joseph Beuys' "Fettecke" which ended up in court;-)
