Flöttergraben

Flöttergraben
Flöttergraben was built as a drainage ditch in the 19th century. With the creation of Müritz National Park the outflows were blocked to let the landscape revert to its original state of moor and bog. In May the water was covered with pollen from the alders growing around it.

Flöttergraben war einer der Entwässungsgräben im Bereich Specker See/ Binnenmüritz, die verschlossen wurden, um die ursprüngliche Landschaft wiederherzustellen. Hier war das Wasser komplett mit Pollen (hauptsächlich Schwarzerle) bedeckt.

Moin, Ulrich und vielen Dank! Lohnt sich, die Seenplatte zu besuchen. Hier kommt man allerdings nur mit dem Rad hin. aber selbst ich schaffe das;-) Ab Samstag bin ich wieder dort....
