I have recently done some tests to see if people follow the groups or only their news. When someone posts a private image and share it only within one group, then usually no one except the group admins visit to see the images within the group area. So, I wonder if there is any point to have such an inactive theme group.

Although, the rules say one does not have to finish the project ;-) So, you can start a new one, and also declare the older project as finished if you like.
