The squeeze gate - East Dean - Sussex - 30.4.2015

The squeeze gate - East Dean - Sussex - 30.4.2015
This gate is across a public footpath. I didn't measure it but it cannot be more than 18" wide, probably nearer 15". I assume it was designed to stop bikes or something else being ridden through. I have seen V shaped openings before and of course stiles bar similar use, but this type of barrier is a new one to me. I am just glad that I wasn't a couple of stone heavier and correspondingly wider.

HFF to you all -even if you would find this gap in the fence a challenge!
