Upgrades

Did a street view drop to see the updated (2018) coverage near Dunn Energy Cooperative's Knapp Substation only to see this-the outgoing feeders in the process of being buried. Behind the small tree/bush was new switching cabinets and junction boxes.

I wasn't exactly pleased with this, however, I'd take it over putting all the feeders entirely underground.
