In the reworking, there's a filter behind the figure called "Sketch: Torn Edges." No, I don't know why it's called that, either. "Sketch: Halftone" is beneath the figure's feet. There's some repainting and recoloring, too.

The purple ice background is from an early or mid-1960s magazine. Purple was a pretty scarce commodity in ads before then. Unless grape jelly was involved. I just thought that you should know.

The redone version is mostly "Artistic: Sponge," with some Sharpen/Unsharp Mask here and there. Also minor type readustment.

Here's the do-over. Much repainting and re-coloring. Also Free Transform of the text. The filter is a medium percentage of "Artistic: Dry Brush," which gives a nice stony quality to the coffee beans.

There's a recurring motif in women's mags of the opulently stocked, hyper-stuffed refrigerator. It's sort of a plug-in cornucopia-- juxtaposed with whatever the diet-du-jour is. This has been true for, well, forever. So far as I can tell.

The re-do is mostly variations of the "Brush Strokes: Ink Outlines" filter. The resulting texture makes me think of the elaborately-stitched patches we used to collect back in the day. That weird luminous quality suggests masses of tiny stitches in bright colors.

Aside from the type re-working and an attempt at repainting the hand/arm, there's some re-painting and sharpening of the eyes. The skin was cleaned a little bit. The hat has some Transform and decorating with Fill. The pattern on the dress is copied from the hat, with some help from Blur.

The redo has strips of "Texture: Patchwork" added to the background. The skirt was recolored and run through a diluted version of "Brush Strokes: Crosshatch." The items comprising the "tower" were run through a different mode of the same filter. Some line redrawing with the help of "Fill" and "Lasso."

The re-do. The square area around the head was worked with Lasso and an Art History Brush or two. The "eyes" (actually oven dials) get their texture from a "Sketch: Plaster" filter. The rest of the card has a modified version of the "Noise: Dust and Scratches" filter.
