Agia Triada - Agios Georgios
Agia Triada is a Minoan archaeological site in the Messara Plain near Tymbiaki. On a hill within this site stands the church of Agios Georgios, which, according to an inscription, dates back to 1302. Some scholars consider the chapel to be older and believe the date indicates a renovation.
The walls show remains of Byzantine murals from the 14th century.
