ScI[25] - Lunch {Cullen Skink} [HTT]

On our way up into Scotland, we needed some food.
The place we stopped at, outside Forfar, had an interesting menu.
This is Cullen Skink - smoked haddock soup - absolutely delicious, as was the cheese scone.
{I haven't had any for years, and I'm going to look up the recipe when we get home}
