North London Railway 106 - a 4-wheel 5-compartment Second class passenger carriage, used on suburban services.
Railways in Britain basically began abolishing "second class" leaving first and third classes from around 1875.
Recently [Aug 2025] moved to Preston, and now in the care of the Furness Railway Trust. I believe that restoration is planned, but in the longer term.
