KHT - At Dilhorne

KHT - At Dilhorne
The Knotty Heritage train rests at Dilhorne, HL No.2 will shortly 'run round' the train and head off back to Caversall Road. NSRs 61, 127 and 23 - the accessible brake is at the rear.
Before that can happen, I'll need to shepherd myself and the other photographers back onto the platform.

Nobel′s Explosives No.2, Hawthorn Leslie & Co. Works No.2859 of 1911
Normally baesd at the Tanfield Railway, HL No.2 is having a working visit to the Foxfield Railway.

No.2 is an 0-4-0ST with 12 x 18″ outside cylinders and 3ft 0.5″ diameter driving wheels. She was built by R&W Hawthorn, Leslie & Co Ltd at their Forth Banks Works in Newcastle upon Tyne. The locomotive was works number 2859, ex-works on 27/9/1911 to Keighley Corporation Gas Dept, Keighley Gas Works, West Riding of Yorkshire, where she was numbered 2.
