A very misty day
Incredible banks of fog hanging over the Solent, punctured by rays of sunlight. I found it very ethereal.

This is a wonderfully atmospheric shot Ed.................and I was about to say, almost ethereal, but you've beaten me to it in your narrative :-))

The light is awesome especially on the surface of the water, and such dramatic clouds too! The fort looks superb in the mist.

Definitely worth viewing large. Full marks for this one. 10/10

What do you make of the new sea defences so far..........I think they've done a pretty good job, but they'll look much better when they've weathered a bit?
