Breakaway

Breakaway
These four ducks were part of a flock of eight that were hanging together at the Paul Emery Park yesterday.

For the Saturday Self-Challenge group, who's theme this week was "Unity."

E. Adam G., Gillian Everett, Richard Chamberlain, Ruebenkraut and 5 other people have particularly liked this photo

I'm glad I posted both of them, then! I think in the second image, the one with his head under the water is funny. I would have had all eight in the black and white image if I hadn't been using a 50mm lens on my film camera. My digital camera had a zoom lens on it at that precise moment and I was able to pull back and get more in the frame.

Nice challenge submission. There's something about groups of geese (ducks?) that is a delight to view.

I'd enjoy having this in my group 'm m multiples s s' - if you want.
