Super Cinema
The Longford Super Cinema at Stretford opened on 12th October 1936. The art deco design was by architect Harry Elder. The 2,000 seat cinema closed in 1965 and was subsequently used as a bingo hall and club.It has been disused since 1995 and awaits a new use. It is listed Grade II.
