52 Wellington Road North
This commercial building on Wellington Road North in Stockport dates from 1889 and incorporates both stone and terracotta ornamentation. The quality of the terracotta is exceptional. Over the door the letters L & J are intertwined on a terracotta panel, but unfortunately I have been unable to identify to what/whom this refers. The building is listed Grade II but is currently empty.
