Disused field kiln in the Parish of Tissington, north of Ashbourne. The stone for this kiln was quarried from the field alongside.

A nice example, looks in good condition. The slightly recessed brick [?] arch is interesting - wonder if the original arch stones have fallen off or been removed, or whether it was originally built just like this.
