~ Explored! ~ Thank you very much :-)))

These are the steps in front of the new Weston Library in Oxford. I was trying to zoom in and take the interior through the windows. I really don't know what I did wrong but, clearly, the zoom didn't work and the windows have come out almost black!

The bonus is that the result reminds me of "Walk On By" by Dionne Warwick. So, it wasn't a completely wasted shot after all :-)

I love this song, like so many of hers that we grew up with. The album cover that is showing on the YouTube video is fantastic and reminds me of my vintage dolls from 60s.

On another note Roger, I sure hope you can get that camera of yours fixed soon. I was really wanting to see the interior of that fine library. ;)

Thank you very much, Karen. I think Mick has 'hit the nail on the head' when he says "the sunglasses have clearly refracted the light". So, I think my camera is fine and I just need lots more practice. And, hopefully no young ladies will walk into my shots at the very instant I press the shutter :-)))
