Jeep Renegade - 28 June 2015

This photograph of a Jeep Renegade in the rental area at Cardiff Airport is, primarily, a record shot. I am gradually adding selected cars to my ever growing document of what is around us in the early 21st century.

Jeep has produced some attractive vehicles including some versions of the Grand Cherokee but here, I think, they have strayed. The squat design seems to me to remove all traces of character. The ugly rear light cluster and misjudged roofline spoiler could have been designed by SsangYong.
