Paradise
This week in SSC:
"Deep Depth of Field"
I took this photo on a walk through this pretty neighborhood by the sea. These folks look like they've created a nice little slice of paradise for themselves here.
My scene was taken handheld at f11. "Deep depth of field" is a technique that I haven't really used much but I want to use it more now. It's very intriguing. This was a good and challenging challenge.
...and for Sight and Sound:
The Moody Blues from their album "In Search of the Lost Chord" (1968)

A beautifully kept garden, a nice house, and a great picture of it too. As Val says, you have certainly mastered the idea of making aperture the key setting!
Now let me really wind you up, and say that I saw the Moody Blues in concert when I was a student too!! (And a lot of others too, but perhaps that is a different conversation!)
Best Wishes
Peter
