To answer your question how did I do this.
I made a wooden jig to hold the spoons and then warmed some syrup slightly and just poured onto the top spoon and let it run down.

Da ist auch etwas Arbeit mit Vorarbeit gefragt,aber wenn man dann diese Ergebnisse sieht,da weiß man,warum man das macht,solche Aufnahmen anmieren einen und man hat sie im Kopf mal,zur Zeit ist die Natur noch mein Hauptaugenmerk lieber James :))

I sort of guessed the bit about the jig..............it's was you getting the different colours that really impressed (and baffled me)!!
