Ich habe gerade eine Nachricht erhalten, die angeblich vom Kundensupport stammt. Ich vermute, es handelt sich um einen Phishing-Versuch. Ich empfehle, nicht zu antworten, bis die Echtheit der Nachricht bestätigt ist.

I just received a message purportedly from Customer Support. I think that it is a phishing attempt. I would recommend not responding until its legitimacy is proven.

Well, Annick, however, our IMA team has never referred to itself as “Customer Support”, or as "Ipernity Account Team" before, and even that alone should make us all prick up our ears and be skeptical.
Add to that the incorrect logo, and so on.

Was mich wundert: einige unserer Mitglieder haben solch eine Mail bekommen - andere nicht. Gibt's vielleicht ein Muster, aus dem sich ableiten lässt, WARUM diese Art Spam bei den Einen ankommt, bei Anderen aber nicht durch den Spamfilter kommt ?
Ich z.B. habe keine solche Spam-Mail bekommen.

Der Urheber hat sich angemeldet und dann begonnen, die Profile von Usern aufzusuchen und denen Nachrichten zu schicken. Sobald die accounts dem Team aufgefallen sind, wurden sie gelöscht. Alle Nachrichten, die bis dahin nicht schon gelesen wurden, wurden dabei auch gelöscht....

I was told that new accounts can only send out 10 messages at a time. This limits how many people they can attack. Seven new accounts sent out a total of 70 messages. They were shut down very quickly . . . until next time.

I also received this and clicked on the link. They asked to confirm my credit card. At once I saw it was a phishing attempt and stopped. If anyone receives such message, no need to go any further to find out the authenticity of the sender - it's hackers' phishing, good to delete.

Vor allem würde ipernity mit Sicherheit keinen Link für sowas verwenden, der dann außerhalb von ipernity.com liegt, das macht rein technisch schon keinen Sinn, weil die Webseite dann ja nicht darüber informiert werden könnte, dass das Mitglied die Prozedur vorgenommen hat.

Quand on passe la souris sur "l'adresse mail de l'expéditeur", une petite fenêtre s'ouvre et on a la véritable adresse mail de l'expéditeur - les adresses mail doivent correspondre.
