Ja, so geht es mir auch, Chrissy! Ohne diesen bunten Schimmer hätte ich die Libelle wohl nicht als Motiv genommen.

Deine Idee mit dem Zoobesuch war wirklich Gold wert, Gudrun! Deine Fotos mit den Flugfüchsen sind fantastisch!

Motive mit Flügeln hätte ich schon einige daheim. Aber sie eignen sich nicht unbedingt als ansprechendes Fotomotiv für die Challenge, habe ich festgestellt. Zuerst wollte ich einen fliegenden Storch nehmen, wenn er im Tiefflug über unser Haus gleitet. Da es hier viele Störche gibt, sieht man sie hier oft kreisen. Aber ausrechnet, als ich darauf wartete, flogen sie überall, nur nicht über uns. :)

Many thanks, Chris! Yes, it looks as if the shimmer on the wings comes from the candlelight. However, it is the sunshine that comes through the window and reflects on the glass wings. ;-)
