Le due foto ci raccontano due situazioni opposte, contraddittorie, così come lo sono le nostre esistenze all'interno di una città. Questo scatto si fa notare per il momento colto all'interno di una fermata dell'autobus (?) lo sguardo fugace di un uomo con le cuffie ed una signora che si dedica al suo cellulare. La distanza fisica è modesta, ma le due persone sembrano abitare in mondi lontani ed incomunicabili.
La foto è caratterizzata da forti contrasti, una luce molto intensa invade l'abitacolo e colpisce in maniera evidente soprattutto l'uomo, con piacevoli ombre riflesse sul suo corpo, la donna invece sta in una zona meno esposta, ma è comunque molto nitida.
Secondo me hai il grande merito di avere colto il momento e di averlo ben composto, cavandotela alla grande tra forti luci ed ombre, brava !

Ero su un tram, carissimo Fabio, uno di quei vecchi tram con i sedili in legno tipici della Milano di una volta, ancora funzionanti e ben tenuti. Ero seduta davanti ai soggetti e ho tranquillamente scattato senza che se ne accorgessero, erano troppo intenti a fare altro. Vicini ma lontanissimi ...così é nelle grandi e piccole città. Dubito che la comunicazione, quella vera, abbia tratto vantaggi da smartphone e cuffie, ma così é...grazie di cuore.

Una situazione che vediamo spesso..con la signora intenta a scrivere sul cellulare e il ragazzo che mentre ascolta la musica, guarda con sguardo serio la signora!! Una scena che spesso si nota sugli autobus..quando molti passano il tempo per scrivere sul cellulare! Ciao buona serata - Laura

Cara Laura, proprio così...quanto tempo dedicato ai cellulari...a scapito di una buona lettura, per esempio, o di una chiacchierata...ma come scrivevo a Fabio questi sono i tempi e dubito si possa tornare indietro. Grazie e buona serata anche a te

Of course I need my phone all the time (not least for photos!), but I always make a point of reading a paper or a book on my many journeys by bus, train or metro each day. Some days, in a crowded carriage, I'm the only one. All the others are as these two here. A shame in many ways.
A wonderful capture of these completely unaware people (unaware they were being photographed, I mean!).

So do I Andy! I take the underground and the bus everyday and I keep on reading , while the rest of the passengers are totally isolated like the man and the woman in my picture, because this is the point: I do believe it's them not us to be isolated!! It's a shame , I agree with you.
