HFF everybody! This photo may look a bit confused because of the dominant houses reflections on the mirroring walls of this palace entrance hall. Piazza Gae Aulenti is the epicenter of Milan’s most modern neighborhood. Inaugurated in 2012, it is elevated 6 meters above the street. It is surrounded by various buildings, all with a surprising design. The most impressive is the 231-meters tall Unicredit Tower, which is currently the highest skyscraper in Italy.

Palazzo Lombardia is a complex of buildings in Milan, including a 39-storey, 161.3 m tall skyscraper. It is the main seat of the government of Lombardy. Designed by the architectural firm Pei Cobb Freed & Partners, the building won the 2012 International Architecture Award for the best new global design.
