I love this scene of daily life between chairs and tables and reflections in the window in your so finely detailed shot describing of one of those fairly dull Take away shops which have been replacing more and more frequently the much nicer older cafes.
You caught perfectly the girl in yellow in her anxious smoking her quick fag!:-)
Best wishes a for a a nice week ahead.

Peter_Private_Box club has replied to Beatrice Degan(MARS) clubThank you so much. This cafe is a little different, it is themed from the 1960's and 70's. While it does 'take away' there are tables inside, plenty of age appropriate decor, and great value for money food! I had some nice sausages and mashed potatoes here before I took the photo.
As for the girl and her fag, I have no idea!!! (But I thought it made a nice picture!!)
Best Wishes

Peter_Private_Box club has replied to Rosalyn Hilborne clubYour visit is much appreciated. Thank you!
Glad you like it. As I said to Bea, we had some food in this cafe, a really friendly place, and excellent value food too. As it was middle of November, hardly anywhere else was open, so I didn't experience too much else of Morecombe!
Best Wishes,
Peter
I love this scene !

As you say, it looks so ordinary, but very nice inside, and all part of the day out..

I'm happy that you had a good look!!
I visited Morecombe with a friend I have known for a very long time, and this was about the only place open. It has a 60s and 70s theme inside, and is well worth a visit if you are ever in the area.
Best Wishes,
Peter
