St Leonards Church, Old Warden.

Peter, Great color here, on the tree, on the ground AND that old Church. Im just amazed at these old, deserted churches you friends find over there. there are sooo many, and of great interest to read about them... a job well done here Peter. YS kind wishes, Sarah

Hi Sarah,

Thank you so much for a very quick visit to this churchyard. I am so happy that you have enjoyed the different colours. I added some notes about the church, which , according to the notice board outside still has a service every Sunday morning. (There were some very recent grave stones there too).

Best Wishes

Hi Steve,

Thank you so much for a visit almost as quick as Sarah's! I have visited this churchyard a couple of times before www.ipernity.com/doc/2247998/44006956
It is so deserted there, especially at night, that you can do your photos in peace!
Pity the sun doesn't shine on demand too!!

Well caught Peter

Thank you Nick!!

Glad you like it. I had actually gone out with the intention of finding some autumn colour somewhere..... and eventually I did!

Count me in as a fan of this terrific image Peter,
Wonderful composition, lovely autumnal colours and a beautiful subject, job done !

Thank you so much Roger.

I had gone out looking for autumn colours in the late afternoon. I knew this church was high on a hill, and so would still be in the sun. I am so pleased that you like the result!
