Hello Peter what a lovely shot indeed and caught nicely in the sun here for sure ,, what i had not noticed untill this shot was the amount of weeds growing between the rails !

Thank you for your visit and keen observation! You are right, there does seem to be a lot of greenery! Noticable to a lesser extent in Alan's picture, perhaps it is the zoom lens which has compressed the distance here, exaggerating the effect.
None the less, I am very pleased that you like it!

Thank you so much! I am pleased that you have enjoyed it. This came from my walk along the track with Alan and Steve. The whole line is surrounded by trees at this point, and I picked the spot with the light on the boiler front.

Green locomotive, green trees, even green weeds growing between the rails. Interestingly, the red coaches have taken the green reflection too. (Not photoshopped!)
I certainly like your interpretation of the merging with nature!
