Rock pools, blow holes, waterfalls, waves, fountains and mountain streams; splash!
Mountain stream over granite.
I have absolutely no idea! Any suggestions?

I put this in an album entitled 'rock pools' even though strictly speaking this is only a rock pool a bit closer to high tide.

Halfway between Greenbank Cove and Basset cove. You need to be very aware of the tide times if you attempt this low-tide coastal walk-cum-rock-hop!

Very clear water. Ideally some little fish or one of Keith's mini-jellyfish would have been good! But it was not to be!

Very clear Cornish waters allow for some interesting seaweed and other shoreline life to be photographed, on a clear and calm day (obv.)

Quaint name for this little cove and waterfall between Portreath and Porthtowan.

Each time it 'blows' (about once every 3-4 minutes), it throws out different jet / spout shapes and forms. Hence the endless fascination and I stayed over an hour here, until finally the tide ebbed, the wind dropped and that was that for another few years or decades for me!

Near Porthmeor Cove. These are called something like Veryan Cliffs but my memory is at fault and I can't get detailed enough maps. It seems the Ordnance Survey map I use (back in Cornwall) can't be accessed on the Web here.
And yes, I got a bit wet, again!

I always enjoy this stretch of shore.
it's possible I have posted this before but an initial trawl didn't find it.
