Another low light shot. Possibly worth a close-up view.

Sight and sound. In the realms of popular culture / music, Hendrix has always been my favourite. Stevie Winwood starred here as well.

Andy Rodker club has replied to Ecobird clubI know that both this type of low light shot and Hendrix aren't everyone's cup of tea!
You did well to get some decent definition in the grey clouds and I like the hint of pink.
Andy Rodker club has replied to Keith Burton clubAnd I saw the touch of pink in the sky and hoped it would come through. I don't see it but am glad you do!
As described on other shots of this ruined church, there is no roof (it fell in the 1950s) so it's just a shell of a building. It's still a notable and well-known landmark though!
I was lucky enough to see Jimi Hendrix in 1967 in Bournemouth,
along with Cat Stevens and The Walker Brothers. Thanks for the link.
Andy Rodker club has replied to Rosalyn Hilborne clubAndy Rodker club has replied to Rosalyn Hilborne club"If anyone ever asks you why people say Jimi Hendrix was the greatest guitarist in rock music, just let them hear this track", a youtube comment that I want to share because this live recording is so great, so representative of his musical genius. Thank you for the link Andy!
Eric Desjours club has addedAndy Rodker club has replied to Eric Desjours clubOne seems to feel the mood that surrounds this place.
