That is one amazing view. My neighbour is half way through his walk along the Pyranees - it takes about 6 weeks apparently. He's no doubt seen some views like this - trouble is - he doesn't take photos!!!!! How can he not?

I used to be like that! But in my defense, in those days it was all about carrying cumbersome and awkward SLRs and lenses and I didn't want to damage mine on the rocks or be unbalanced by them on a tricky climbing move. So they stayed at home, unused. :o(
So the scenes from Skye, Snowdonia, The Lake District, Cornwall of course, and France and Spain that I DON'T have are very many indeed!
I now wish that I had them but it couldn't be helped!

Thank you, sasi! I have two favourite walking areas, and both on granite. Here, in the Sierra de La Cabrera in Central Spain and on the Cornish sea-cliffs. I can lose myself (happily) for days in either one!

Well, I touch all these points along the ridge at various times, Rosa but on shorter walks. I used to traverse the whole ridge, which took about 8 hours with stops for photos, diversions from the ridge, etc. A serious scrambler could do it in 3 hours I guess, maybe two but I never was that scrambler! And now even less so!

You truly go stony tracks in a breathtaking landscape, Andy!
