Tenaya Creek
We followed Tenaya Creek in Yosemite National Park to get to Mirror Lake which lies in the valley under Half Dome.
Tenaya Creek
This is Tenaya Creek in Yosemite National Park. We followed the creek to Mirror Lake one of the mornings we were in the park.
Lower Yosemite Falls
These are the lower falls at Yosemite National Park. We hiked to them and then on to the Upper Falls trail.
Upper Yosemite Falls
These are the Upper Falls at Yosemite National Park on a windy day. Later in the day we would climb the trail to the top of the falls and get a completely different view of them.

These were the Upper Falls in Yosemite National Park when we hike the trail to the top of the falls.
Upper Yosemite Falls
The last day in Yosemite National Park we hiked the Upper Falls trail as far as the viewpoint where the falls are visible for the first time on the trail. We did not go further because of snow and ice on the trail at the top of the falls.
Upper Falls Trail
This was part of the trail to Upper Yosemite Falls and the photo is not tilted. The trees actually grew at this angle on the steep slope that trail traversed.
Yosemite Valley and Half Dome
Taken from the Upper Falls trail this was one of our last views of Yosemite Valley and Half Dome. We left the park the next morning and headed for King's Canyon and Sequoia.
Yosemite Valley
Taken from a viewpoint along the Merced River, this is Yosemite Valley.
