Das Foto zeigt den Turm des Schlosshotels Neetzow (s. auch PiP) im Landkreis Vorpommern-Greifswald. Das Gebäude wurde 1862 errichtet. Erbaut wurde es nach einem Entwurf des Berliner Architekten Hitzig durch die Familie von Kruse. Der angrenzende englische Landschaftspark stammt aus einem Entwurf von Peter Joseph Lenné.
Nach der Enteignung war das Gebäude zunächst Sitz des Staatlichen Folkore-Ensembles der DDR, später war dort das Institut für Agrarökonomik untergebracht.
2004 wurde nach umfangreicher Sanierung im Schloss ein 29-Zimmer-Hotel mit Restaurant-Betrieb eröffnet.
