Private school in Klamath Falls, Oregon, USA. It was formerly Altamont Jr. High, which I attended in 1959-60 (yes, I'm old!).

It's something I would like to take home. I need it. At an abandoned complex of buildings that used to be a substance abuse treatment facility. Klamath Falls, Oregon, USA.
Pow Wow structure, collapsed
| |
|
An old circular Pow-wow structure made of lodge pole pine timbers, collapsing into the field. Native Americans of all ages dance in the middle while drumming and singing is performed under the circular canopy. Oglala (Sioux) Nation Pow Wow, 2012, grand entry: www.youtube.com/watch?v=t9PVOMmgxpo . I attended one of these in Pine Ridge, South Dakota in the 1960s and had goosebumps the entire time. The one in the video is also at Pine Ridge.

Abandoned buildings. I have no idea what this sign is really about, but in case of nuclear attack, at least I'll know to stand under that tree!

Abandoned property in Klamath Falls, Oregon, USA. The town has quite a few of these buildlings of lava rock and most appear to have been built in the 1930s. In the background is a traditional, circular wood Pow Wow structure. I do not know the history of it, but it is obviously no longer used.
