There is no "Replace" feature, but this is the one that should be here:

Back of abandoned motel

This old thing was one of those early "motor lodges" probably built in the 1920s. This is the back of the building. I have a shot of the front here somewhere. I'll add a link to it. (Update: I can't find it!)

Destroyed

11 Jul 2021 2 6 224
This photo is from a GoFundMe page. The grandmother of Travis'* girlfriend had a farm northeast of Klamath Falls, which has just been destroyed by the "Bootleg Fire." It's a very big, fast-moving one that grew from a few hundred acres the first day to nearly 77,000 acres (31161 hectares) four days later! I don't know yet if she got all of her animals out. I'm afraid to ask. Everything was destroyed, as you see. I am sick about it. She is the sweetest person and has raised two grandchildren while putting all her resources into her 142 acre farm. The destruction caused by these droughts and fires every year is breaking my heart. Map link: tinyurl.com/2sk4we52 Firefighters have had to escape to safety zones due to extreme heat and wind in addition to the fire itself. Conditions were life-threatening for them, as well as residents and tourists in the area. *My grandson. (Photo by Elizsha Bowen.) EDIT 11 July: The fire is now nearly 150,000 acres. I can't believe it, this is like a rolling explosion. tinyurl.com/52d8bmwb ( I guess I should have posted this in "Articles.") EDIT 12 July This is the fire my son is on, called the Beckworth Complex (meaning several fires merged into a mega-fire). It shows a fire tornado overtaking a crew in a base camp. Warning - strong language. www.instagram.com/p/CRK6yQoFXYq This is in Plumas County, NE California..

Looking south, fire comes over the mountain

Sent by my daughter-in-law two days ago. Looking south from their house, near Dorris, CA.(See map) About 10 miles away. She took the horses to a friend's stable across the border into Oregon just in case. She brought them back today, as a Forest Service fire camp and livestock shelter was set up in Dorris. It's named the Tennant Fire and started about 20 miles away, winding along the forested hills. Another summer in the western United States (and Canada!).
