I see the quality of this brick building. There are three thicker layer of bricks that match to the horizontal window bars.
And above the window is some kind of bowed shadow; no idea what it is.

That is the shadow of a big electrical cable that doesn't show in the photo. I am very fond of these old brick buildings. Many of them have received no maintenance for decades, so are abandoned and falling apart. Some are in fairly good shape, but there is really no use for them, now.
