Love the shot overall, particularly the hotel. Re 'lithia', I've seen them in various places, per their website they're a national chain, but not as distributed as I thought: www.lithia.com/locations/body-shop-locations.htm

I knew Lithia had expanded out of Oregon, but I didn't realize they'd expanded so far! Per their website they started in Ashland. Apparently the name comes from a local lithium-bearing hot spring there. "Lithia," technically, is lithium oxide, Li2O.

I like the creepy old hotel a lot and have taken shots of it from different viewpoints. Lithia just happened to be in this shot. Meanwhile, it's fun to learn about Lithia, too.
