My old cat used to, but my current one fell in when he was a kitten and hasn't tried it since. He remains traumatized by several minor accidents in kittenhood, even at 17. (Was scared by my dropping of a plastic bowl while letting him outside. He still pauses, looks, then jumps over the threshold.)
