My last shot just before The moon was about to start showing at 1:20 am. The sky was Inky black and stars shone so well in the night sky. If you look closely at the bottom of the left hand end you can see the moon starting to have an effect.

They certainly do it was a nice black sky as well moon free, I enjoyed getting out of the city not quite so going to bed at 3:30 am was a bit of a stretch.
