Dont think they are small me @ 6'3" most are taller than me on the yellow hard clay.

It was very hot but I would have loved longer to play with the shapes and textures.

Probably the best description of them , they do remind me of the stone circles of England but these are just aver where no pattern no shape just a huge randomness. there was so much to be able to do but I had a time limit . glad you like these still would like to go back in the day on my own time. only walked 1/4 of them. Many thanks.beam me up Scotty.

Hi Steve

A very nice photo, which I really like.

It looks like it is from another planet!

May I be so bold as to enquire the geological process which made them?

Best Wishes, and a good weekend

Peter its no easy answer or short so here is a link.

This time I walked 1/4 of them on foot they are quite spectacular I could post more but it is better only one shapes, sizes and groups huge variety. As I was in the bus I was not on my time table so had to leave aster 2 hours plus I had to rescue some lost souls who did not know how to get back to the start. Must go again on my own steam.

hope you get to read the link but they are quite spectacular thats for sure.

Great pictures Steve, such an interesting sight, not unlike the standing stones, erected by man in many parts of the UK and other places. I like the night exposure in the PiP.

Doug as a person who has been to England and was totally fascinated by them. this is an over load of nature man just can not match. Night time here is special... glad you like the shot.
