Ein paar Blocks weiter beginnt der Central Park, der ist 4,07 km lang (von der 59. bis zur 110. Straße) und 860 m breit (zwischen der 5. und der 8. Avenue) mit mehreren Seen, auch zum Bootsfahren und wenn man da spazieren geht, hört man von dem ganzen Strassenlärm nur noch die Polizeisirenen, die sind soooo durchdringend,
