Vom "Kaiser-Wilhelm-Turm" bietet sich ein spektakulärer Blick über die Havel und den Grunewald.
Das Backsteingebäude wurde 1897, zum hundertsten Jahrestag der Geburt von Kaiser Wilhelm I. errichtet.
Im oberen Teil des Gebäudes gibt es eine Kuppelhalle mit einer Marmorstatue zum Gedenken Wilhelm I. Insgesamt 204 Stufen führen zu einer Aussichtsplattform mit Panoramablick auf die Havellandschaft.
