Silene uniflora - Sea Campion

Silene uniflora - Sea Campion
Sea campion is a native perennial of our coasts found on various habitats including sea-cliffs, shingles, sand dunes and strand lines. It can tolerate high nutrient levels (i.e. guano) and is particularly abundant on off-shore rocky islands and inaccessible cliff tops where large seabird colonies occur.

Sylvain Wiart, Ulrich John, AD AD, Sami Serola (inactive) and 22 other people have particularly liked this photo

Beautiful flowers and photo and from the information I saw it looks to be rather rare.

It's very pretty. The only one I've seen in Scotland is sea thrift. Must look out for this.
