    Exclusive rights to "Lady Of Spain" (Tolchard Evans - Erell Reaves) were given to Jack Payne in 1931 after the composers failed to get anyone else of note to record the tune. Jack and the BBC Dance Orchestra were first to record the tune in March of 1931.
